The $2099.00 cost is for the land portion only, and does not include the round-trip airfare or ground transportation to and from the airport in Israel. The airfare from JFK or EWR might be around $1050.00 - $1400.00 round-trip, according to your choice of airlines, so buy your ticket early to save on prices. If you decide to fly from your home state in the USA to Israel, it will cost more.

DOCUMENTS / VISAS
You are responsible to obtain a visa to Israel if you are a Non-US/Canadian resident. Israel gives visas at the Israeli border control for most countries (UK, Europe, etc.), but be sure to ask your Israeli consulate office in your country how to obtain a tourist visa to Israel.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
Price is per person based on double occupancy. When available, single rooms are often smaller than doubles. While ULM will try to match roommates, ULM cannot guarantee a roommate will be available. Roommates may be assigned as late as 30 days prior to departure and, if one is not available or you request a single room, the following additional charge applies: $650.00 during the basic tour.

CANCELLATION FEES:
If you cancel anytime from the day of registration to 105 days prior to departure, you will be charged the $500.00 non-refundable deposit. You will also be charged penalties and a single room supplement if your cancellation forces your roommate into a single room, plus the following charges: 104-60 days before departure = $400; 59-45 days = $600; 44-31 days = 40% of total cost; 30 days to day of departure = 100% of total cost. Submit cancellation in writing. THE DAY THAT THE ISRAEL TOUR STARTS, there will be no refund for any services not used.
FIT TO TRAVEL STATEMENT:
Passengers registering for the tour accept the responsibility for being in good health and able to walk and travel on the tour. Because many of the sites are not accessible to the physically challenged, those needing oxygen, wheelchairs, or other ambulatory assistance will find the tour extremely limiting to their experiences. If you have questions, please contact Unconditional Love Ministries for more details.
Due to problems with emotional issues with some people on past tours to Israel, we have added this clause that we need you to sign that you are in agreement with the following rules. I _______________________________________ agree that ULM ministry leaders have the authority to refuse me to continue on the Israel Tour November 2019 if I exhibit behavioral issues, such as uncontrollable anger, arguments, strife/division, refusal to follow the tour guide/ministry leaders instructions, or causing emotional distress for the others passengers.
PASSPORT INFORMATION, CONFIRMATION OF ITINERARY & CHECK IN PROCESS:
Passport information must be submitted to our ULM office at the time of registration. Failure to provide your passport information to ULM may result in denial of travel. Approximately 30 days prior to your trip you will be contacted to re-confirm your itinerary, travel arrangements, and registration information during the preliminary check-in process for your trip. Discrepancies in information or failure to check-in for your tour may result in change fees, delays in receiving travel documents for your trip, or denial of travel.
PRICE INCREASES:
All prices quoted in this brochure are subject to change prior to payment in full due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharge increases, government taxes and fee increases, or unforeseen circumstances. In addition, you may be subject to a price increase after payment in full has been received due to potential government imposed taxes and fees.
REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER SEPTEMBER 15, 2019:
We welcome registrations after 9/15/2019. Registrations received between 9/16/19 - 10/11/19 will incur a $200 per person fee. Registrations received between 10/12/19 - 11/10/19 will incur a $300 per person fee. Registrations received on 11/11/19 or later will incur an additional higher fee based on hotel availability. Additional fees will be advised upon registration. The entire amount of $2099.00 can be paid without penalties at any time before September 30, 2019.
ITINERARY CHANGES:
While you will see all sites listed in this brochure, the order of sites and/or days and number of days may be altered at the discretion of the hosts, Michael and Jane Nasrallah.
RELEASE INFORMATION
Payment of deposit indicates permission for ULM to record the registrant’s participation and appearance on video tape, audio tape, film, photograph, or any other medium and to use the registrant’s name, likeness, voice, comments, submitted documentation, written papers, and/or biographical material without restrictions or limitation for any advertising, marketing, publicity, and educational or promotional purpose which ULM deem appropriate, unless the registrant otherwise notifies ULM in writing prior to departure.
Except where otherwise stated, ULM acts only as agent for the relevant supplier in securing hotels, transportation, and other travel services, and in no event shall ULM be liable for failure by any such supplier to render any transportation, lodging or other travel service to be provided on the tour. ULM assumes no liability for injury, death, damage, loss, theft, accident, delay or irregularity which may occur by reason of any negligent or willful act or omission of any suppliers of service. ULM does not own or operate any of the suppliers of services to your tour. Similarly without limiting the foregoing, passenger agrees to hold ULM harmless for any defect in any vehicle, plane, boat, bus, car, van or other vehicle, act of war or insurrection, terrorist activity, revolt or other civil uprising, military action, strikes or labor unrest or any Act of God or for any other act of any third party.
Enrollment in and payment of the deposit constitutes your acceptance of the “Fine Print”. Unconditional Love Ministries is a Christian Religious non-profit organization - Sole Corporation located in Frisco, Texas.
